The short version: we use your information only to prepare a cash offer for your land and to communicate with you about it. We never sell or rent it, and one request ends all contact permanently.

When you submit our offer form, we collect the details you provide: your name and email address, and optionally your phone number, property state and county, parcel number or address, approximate acreage, any reference code from our letter, and any notes you add.

We also use publicly available land-ownership information from county records. County records are open to the public by law, and they are the only outside source we use to identify property and owners. We do not buy private data from brokers or data resellers.

We use your information solely to research your parcel, prepare a written cash offer, and communicate with you about that offer and any resulting transaction. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to your property.

Your information is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing.

We share information only where it is necessary to serve you: with the licensed, independent title company handling a transaction you choose to proceed with, and with service providers who help us operate this site (for example, our email delivery provider), who are permitted to use it only to perform that service. We may also disclose information if required by law.

This site uses only the cookies necessary for it to function. If we add analytics to understand how the site is used, we will use it in a privacy-respecting way and update this policy to describe it. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We keep the details you submit only as long as needed to prepare and discuss your offer, to complete a transaction if you proceed, and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations. When you ask to be removed, we delete your details from our active mailing and contact lists.

Information you submit is transmitted over an encrypted connection. We limit access to your details to the people who need it to handle your file, and we use reputable service providers to store and deliver it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share.

One request removes you from all future contact, permanently. Reply to any letter, use our contact form, or email us at agreements@atlaseqg.com.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. To make any of these requests, contact us using the details below and we will respond as required by applicable law.

This site is intended for adult landowners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be made clear.
